What every installation includes
The price you see in the finder is the price you pay for a standard installation. It covers the boiler and all of this:
- 50% off your first annual boiler service with us (£45 instead of £90)
- Installation by a Gas Safe registered engineer
- Removal and disposal of your old boiler
- Standard flue kit for your new boiler
- Programmable room thermostat
- Testing, commissioning and a walk-through of the controls
- Our own 12-month installation warranty on the work we do
- We register your new boiler with the manufacturer for you

A boiler needs a service every year to keep its manufacturer warranty valid. Your first annual boiler service with Southwark Heating is half price when we fit your boiler.
If you would rather spread the cost of servicing and repairs, the Southwark Heating Boiler Care Plan covers your boiler for a monthly fee.

How much does a new boiler cost to install?
Our fixed fitted prices start at £2,289 for a combi boiler, £2,449 for a regular (heat only) boiler and £2,474 for a system boiler. The boiler finder shows your exact price after a few questions about your home.
How quickly can you fit a new boiler?
When you book online you can choose any installation date from tomorrow, up to 60 days ahead. We then call you to confirm the date and your arrival time.
Do I have to pay everything up front?
No. You can pay a £500 deposit to secure your date, or pay in full. If you pay a deposit, the balance is due before the installation starts.
Who will fit my boiler?
A Gas Safe registered engineer from Southwark Heating (Gas Safe number 985690). boiler.me.uk is Southwark Heating’s boiler installation website.
